On our Palm Beach site we argue that buyers there are routinely oversold Miami-Dade product they were never required to buy. In Monroe County the same principle produces the opposite recommendation, because the calculated pressures are the highest in Florida.
That is what specifying to the calculation actually means. A contractor whose answer is the same in Wellington and in Marathon is not being consistent, they are being uniform, and uniformity here has a cost attached to it.
